Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve amazing handcrafted beverages to customers
• Provide amazing customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an amazing customer experience
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
• Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues
• A passion for delivering amazing service to customers
